I was on my way home from work today and was going to pick up my daughter and grandson.



I don't know where she came from but she was sure as hell in a hurry. So much so that she "didn't see" the very large white Toyota PreRunner that she slammed into going about 35. Never even hit her brakes.



Toyota pick up vs. Chevy Impala, lol, soooooooo glad I was driving the Toyota.



Spent almost 4 hours in the ER, but I was allowed to come home. Whiplash, contusions and muscle strain. ( and headaches that almost rival migraines).



Got some nifty pain meds at the hospital and very little damage to the truck. I was very lucky.



I thank karma that I was still about a 1/2 mile from my daughters house and hadn't picked her and my grandson up yet.



Even worse, she didn't even have her cell phone with her and couldn't use that as an excuse.

That's totally inexcusable of her but I am glad that you and your family are alright:) Even luckier that they weren't in the car with you!
